You can be whomever you want to be. You can become whatever you aspire to become. However, when you write a book, you become somebody who others can find in themselves.

Dr. Marc Siegel was a writer before he became a medical doctor. He is the author of several books including, False Alarm; the Truth About the Epidemic of Fear (2006), Bird Flu: Everything You Need to Know About the Next Pandemic (2006), and The Inner Pulse: Unlocking the Secret Code of Sickness and Health (2011). When speaking with him in August 2020, he mentioned that it wasn’t until he became a published author that he was interpreted as an expert in his field. The importance of writing and publishing a book is that it created the opportunity for others to call on him to talk about his knowledge.

Publishing books was the fuel that he needed to launch him into his new Celebrity Entrepreneur life. After being called to talk on the radio and to appear on TV spots, Dr. Siegel began to gather recognition and acceptance for his wealth of knowledge and focused, intellectual responses to questions regarding current situations affecting our health.

I was very encouraged by his humility and openness to share his wisdom with our group of celebrity entrepreneurs.  I left that interview with over 40 new additions to my Personal Prosperity Plan. However, I wanted to share with you some of Dr. Siegel’s more profound words of wisdom.

  • Don’t interrupt the person who you are interviewing.
  • Short questions will produce more defined results.
  • Make certain that you get an impact from the listener when you speak.
  • Find the comfort spot in your life and focus your life around it!
  • People who don’t give up are valued.
  • Write a book!
    • Start with an idea.
    • Stay on your message and make it your own.
    • Own your words.
      • Look for dynamic words that don’t show your intelligence, but, show that you care about the answer.
    • Be humble and be true to your word.
    • Take your time and talk slower.
    • Say something important, twice!
    • Say something important, twice!
  • Be Tough and Never Give Up!

Thank you, Dr. Siegel, for your time, your experience, your humility, and your wisdom.
